You should submit any construction defects or malfunctions that occur outside of regular homeowner maintenance responsibilities. Examples of regular maintenance include changing light bulbs, furnace filters, winterizing your home, and weather-related damage. Also, please include as much detail and explanation as to what is occurring when you do submit a claim.
After submitting a warranty claim, you will hear from us via phone within 48 hours during the week or within 48 hours after the weekend if submitted over a weekend. In most cases, we will arrange for a site visit to take pictures and document the issue you are submitting a claim about so we can understand the issue and resolution that may be required.
